Your wedding or special event is a day to celebrate, laugh, and make unforgettable memories. You’ve done all the planning, now it’s time to enjoy it! Our On-the-Day Coordination Services are here to make sure everything goes off without a hitch, so you can relax and soak in every magical moment.


Before the Day

From booking onwards, we act as your sounding board. Got a question? Need to sanity check an idea? Wondering if a supplier’s price feels right?
You can email or message us as much as you like — we’re here to help with:

  • Reviewing contracts or quotes

  • Recommending trusted suppliers

  • Spotting red flags in timelines or logistics

  • Offering honest, experienced advice

  • Helping with supplier negotiations (if needed)

One Month Before

We’ll schedule a detailed planning call to go through your full running order. We’ll flag anything that looks rushed, unrealistic or unclear — and work with you to smooth it out. This is where we fine-tune and make sure everything is doable and flowing well.

A Few Days Before

We’ll have one final call to lock in every detail. Who’s delivering what, when? Who’s giving speeches? Who’s moving the chairs? We’ll make sure it’s all in hand and you feel calm and clear before the big day.

On the Day

This is where we shine. We arrive early and act as your eyes, ears, hands and calm presence throughout. You get to enjoy your event — we’ll handle the rest.

Here’s what we typically cover:

  • Managing your suppliers and arrivals

  • Keeping everything on time and on track

  • Setting up decor and checking layout

  • Handling last-minute changes or issues

  • Cueing key moments (like speeches, cake-cutting, first dance)

  • Coordinating turnaround of spaces (e.g. ceremony to reception)

  • Supporting you and your VIPs throughout

  • Acting as the go-to for any guest or supplier questions

  • Packing away personal items at the end

You put in the work to plan your event — now let us make sure it all actually happens the way you imagined. Smoothly, professionally, and with zero stress on your end.

Pricing

Our On-the-Day Coordination service is £750 for weekday events and £950 for weekends. This includes up to 8 hours of on-site support on the day, plus all the prep in the lead-up — emails, calls, timeline checks, and supplier coordination. If your event requires additional time on the day, extra hours are charged at £70 per hour on weekdays and £100 per hour on weekends.  This is for 2 Eventists.
