Meet Karen and Hina
Hi, we’re Karen and Hina — the team behind The Eventists.

Together, we’ve spent over 13 years bringing all kinds of events to life: weddings, baby showers, milestone birthdays, corporate launches, Christmas parties — you name it.
We've worked independently, we’ve collaborated, and now we’ve officially joined forces to offer something that’s often missing from even the best-laid plans: reliable, experienced on-the-day coordination.
We’re not full-service planners — and that’s intentional. These days, we specialise solely in event-day delivery. You handle the planning; we step in to run the show when it really counts. From supplier comms and timeline tweaks to guest management and last-minute problem solving, we keep everything (and everyone) on track so you can actually enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to plan.
With us, you get two calm, capable professionals working behind the scenes to make sure everything goes to plan — or even better.
